Delivery Methods

  • Home delivery in the city of Montreal and surrounding areas.
  • By mail ( Canada Post ) for areas not covered defined in the following section and only dry goods.

Zones eligible for home delivery service

Distribution Lovaf makes home deliveries in Montreal and its surroundings in the following 3 zones:

  • the island of Montreal
  • South Shore: Longueuil, Brossard, Chateaugay, Saint-Hubert, Candiac
  • North shore: Laval, Boisbriand, RosemĂšre, Terrebonne, Mascouche, Sainte Therese, Blainville, Repentigny

Standard delivery times

  • On the island of Montreal the standard delivery time varies from 1 to 4 days from the day following the order date.
  • On the South Shore and North Shore, standard delivery times range from 1 to 5 days from the day after the order date.

Home delivery fee ( before taxes )

Delivery is free on all purchases of $26 or more before taxes on the island of Montreal. Refer to the different zones below before knowing the costs before taxes.

Island of Montreal

    • Order under $26: $5
    • Order from $26 and up: free standard shipping
    • Expedited shipping within 48 hours: $10

      South Shore and North Shore

        • Order under $26: $9
        • Order between $27 and $57: $6
        • Order between $58 and $70: $3
        • Order from $70 and up: free standard shipping

        Shipping Charges

        Shipping charges will be added to the price of your purchases before final confirmation of your order.

        Delivery times by mail

        Items are sent by expedited mail from Canada Post within 24hrs of your order. You should then receive your merchandise within 2 to 3 business days.

        You will receive a notification of your order by mail.

        You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our premises. A tracking number will then be given to you so you can follow the journey of your package.

        *Only dry goods are eligible for this delivery method. 

        Delivery to a third party

        You can have a purchase delivered directly to another person's home, with no additional delivery charges.

        All you need to do when making the payment is to enter in "billing address" your own address (you will receive the invoice by email) and in "delivery address" the address of the person you want the items delivered to.

        Order cancellation

        Distribution Lovaf reserves the right to cancel and refund any order submitted via its website. In such a case, an email confirming the refund of your order will be sent to you.

        Promotions

        Promotions do not apply to gift cards or subsequently purchased products.
